When can you enrol?

Aspire to Succeed accept on-going enrolments into all existing worker courses. There are no minimal class sizes for existing worker training and training will commence within 4 weeks of enrolling.

Standalone courses will have detailed enrolment processes and applicable terms and conditions.  These will be outlined to all students prior to enrolment and course commencement.

How are the Courses delivered?

Training is delivered as negotiated with the employer and student. For existing workers, training is face-to-face in the workplace on a monthly basis. .

Standalone courses will be delivered as scheduled and within the timeframes indicated.

Each student will be provided with a training schedule that outlines the dates and times upon commencing the course

Is there access to the trainer?

All students will be given access to their trainer via email and mobile phone for ease of contact after training scheduled hours. Students will receive their trainer details via mail after they have enrolled. The trainer will make contact with all new students within 4 weeks of enrolling into the course.

What about existing skills?

All students will be provided with an RPL (Recognised Prior Learning) kit upon commencement into full qualifications. We will work with you to determine if there are current skills that you can use for RPL (Recognised Prior Learning). If you have completed training previously, this may be able to be used to credit towards some of your units. We will help you with this.

In general, Training Providers provide a value-for-money range of quality training products and services to their client organisations. However, in a business environment which is ever increasingly competitive, it is important for training providers to align to best-practice and be able to demonstrate that they provide the client organisation with top quality and cost effective training products and services

At Aspire to Succeed we pride ourselves in offering a quality service, should you not be happy or satisfied with the service provided, we would like your feedback through our feedback forms, complaints or appeals process. This is outlined in greater detail in your student handbook.

Our Guarantee to you

Aspire to Succeed will provide the training to you as outlined. We are dedicated to seeing you complete your course successfully and will work with you to achieve this at all times. Should additional assistance be required to complete the course, we will work with you to best meet your needs.

Lost Certificates or Statements of Attainment 

Should you misplace your certificate or statement of attainment at any time, we can reissue you with a new copy. There is no fee to re-issue a Certificate or Statement of Attainment.
